Our attorneys don’t sit back and watch a deal unfold, but are hands-on from the start, providing a full range of services to developers, owners/operators, banks, home builders and any possible end user. We also make sure that we see the problems before they arise. Whether it is dealing with applicable governmental agencies or an adjoining property owner, we make sure that the issues are determined and resolved in the most efficient and amicable way, while always making sure that making the deal happen is of the utmost importance. While we may spend time drafting such things as Purchase Agreements, Easement Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements etc., we also want to understand the deal and we have the foresight and experience to prepare our clients to resolve the “little things” before they become a major problem.
