Over 13 years of calling Cleveland home, Cary serves as a key component in Cleveland’s revitalization. Cary has spent her career counseling executives and owners in launching and profitably growing their companies. She has lead contract strategies and negotiations, secured cost savings and competitive agreements, assisted in the achievement of multi-state and federal regulatory compliance, and prepared shareholder reports, proxies, and corporate governance documents. Cary’s experience comes from a wide range of clients with unique needs, including: financial services companies, software companies, real estate developers, medical marijuana entrepreneurs, breweries, restaurants and bars, registered broker-dealers and investment advisors, healthcare service providers, manufacturers and high net worth individuals.
Cary holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law. She received her Master of Science in Management-Finance through a 100 percent merit based scholarship at Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management. Cary is a board member of the Great Lakes Science Center and the American Bar Association. She has also served as an adjunct professor for Ohio Business College.
