In a smaller firm each associate is a key member of the team, and we are committed to providing our new lawyers with the opportunities they need to develop their skills as quickly as possible. Associates are given substantial responsibility and work directly with our clients early in their careers to accelerate their professional growth. Each new associate is assigned a mentor to provide constructive feedback and to monitor his or her professional progress. The mentor’s role is reinforced by a tailored professional growth program that is jointly developed by the associate and the head of the department in which he or she practices.
