Hemann, of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, issued a Report and Recommendation that the court grant default judgment on liability in favor of Class Plaintiffs against PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) in a securities fraud class action entitled Hayman, et ano. v. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (the “Hayman action”), and in favor of plaintiff in a related action, Telxon Corporation v. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Richman Inducted into Orange High School Alumni Hall of Fame
Stephen D. Richman has been inducted into the Orange High School Alumni Hall of Fame by the Orange Alumni Association. Steve was recognized for his long-term commitment to Greater Cleveland business, community and charity. Steve joined the firm in 2005 after 15 years as vice president/general counsel to Bearich Management Co. His charity work includes, the Richman Family Foundation, Bellefaire JCB's SAY program, Jewish National Fund, March of Dimes, and Orange Schools. He is also founder of KidzAffair for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Steve is a councilman and a volunteer juvenile magistrate for the Village of Moreland Hills.
