Todd focuses his practice primarily in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and e-commerce law. He advises clients on a wide spectrum of corporate transactional matters involving publicly and privately held companies, including:
- mergers and acquisitions
- structuring and financing new and emerging businesses
- venture capital and leveraged buyout transactions
- employment, consulting, buy-sell, noncompetition, supply/distribution and other similar agreements
- license, web development and other related e-commerce agreements
- public and private securities offerings and registrations
- securities compliance by investment advisory firms.
