Nate joined the firm in 2007, and is a member of the Corporate and Finance and Securities practice groups. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, finance, nonprofit organizations and intellectual property. While attending Case Western Reserve University School of Law, he served as a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr., Federal District Judge in the Northern District of Ohio, and as a research assistant to Peter M. Gerhart, professor of law at CWRU.
Nate serves on the Board of two nonprofit organizations: the Roberto Ocasio Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting afro-cuban music and music education, and Analog Arts Ensemble, an organization supporting classical and contemporary music. He also works as a freelance musician in northeastern Ohio.
