Michele focuses her practice on securities law and general corporate law matters. She represents both publicly-traded and privately-held companies in a range of transactions, including capital formation (both private and public offerings), private placements of debt and equity securities, tender offers, proxy contests, mergers and asset purchases and sales.
Michele’s practice also includes counseling clients on the ongoing SEC reporting requirements, corporate governance matters and various other matters affecting public companies and their officers and directors.
