John joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of the Litigation and Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Groups. His diverse litigation background includes extensive experience with commercial disputes, insurance defense matters, personal injury, real estate and ERISA. John has also successfully argued cases before Ohio appellate courts and the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals. John currently serves as counsel to a public corporation with regard to creditors’ rights and collection matters. John is admitted to practice in Ohio, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
