David joined the firm in 2005 and is a member of the litigation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, and domestic relations practice groups. David has a diverse litigation background. David has extensive experience in all aspects of domestic relations law from custody disputes to divorces. David’s bankruptcy experience includes representing debtors in chapter 11 reorganizations and representing a creditor bank seeking repayment of a multi-million dollar loan in several adversarial proceeding. David is admitted to practice in Ohio as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio
