Byron is a founding partner of the firm. He has a diverse practice and represents companies ranging from dot-com start-ups and securities brokerage firms to a multinational manufacturing conglomerate. Byron also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of several privately held companies and Hawk Corporation, an American Stock Exchange listed company.
