Alan joined the firm in 1985. Prior to that time, he served as general counsel of Bobbie Brooks, Incorporated. Alan practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment law, providing counsel to employers and representing them in wrongful discharge and equal employment opportunity litigation, and corporate law, doing mergers, acquisitions and general corporate work on behalf of companies of all sizes.
