KJK Represents Weinberg & Bell Group in PRACS Recapitalization
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2006--KRG Capital Partners (KRG), a Denver-based private equity firm, and The Weinberg & Bell Group (WBG), a Cleveland-based middle-market private investment firm, are pleased to announce the leveraged recapitalization of PRACS Institute, Ltd. (PRACS), a leading privately held contract research organization (CRO). PRACS will serve as KRG's fourth platform for its $715m Fund III, and the second platform for WBG.

PRACS will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Contract Research Solutions, Inc. (CRS), a newly formed company to effect the acquisition. Our management teams in Fargo, East Grand Forks and San Diego will remain the same. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) provided financial advisory services in connection with the recapitalization of PRACS.
