KJK Office Renovation Featured in Properties Magazine
Kohrman Jackson & Krantz’s recent office renovation was one of three highlighted in the July 2006 issue of Properties Magazine. The magazine profiled Mulle + Associates, Inc., the architectural firm that redesigned KJK's office space. The article highlights the firm’s new technological accommodations, which include a custom-designed 22-foot conference table that features built-in microphones, power, data, and video capabilities, as well as a drop-down projector and screen and a touch-panel that controls the entire system. Tim Mulle, principle of Mulle + Associates, indicated that one of the biggest challenges was creating a new space that reflected the personality of the firm. Mulle was able to update the look of the office, while keeping the original feeling, which is defined by an extensive art collection and impressive Brazilian cherry hardwood floors.
