Justine L. Konicki
Justine joined the firm in 2011 and is a member of the litigation practice group. Her practice primarily focuses on business and complex civil litigation and she represents businesses, principals and investors in a wide range of litigation, including contract and shareholder disputes.
Justine also has personal experience with, and works with the community on, one of the biggest issues facing recent college and law school graduates today—student debt. Through tackling this issue head-on, Justine has become an expert on how to manage educational debt and how to navigate a system of red tape that can often be confusing and frustrating for recent graduates. Justine has been published and spoken at various seminars on this topic.
Prior to joining the firm, Justine worked as an extern for Magistrate Judge Michael R. Merz of the Southern District of Ohio and as an intern for Judge Mary DeGenaro of the Ohio Seventh District Court of Appeals.
