The number of women making up the labor force continues to rise. However, women are not always equally compensated for the doing the same work as men. With college tuition ever increasing and more professionals desiring to work from home, women are facing unique challenges in work-life balance. As election season approaches, these challenges will be brought to the attention of the American people.

By way of this discussion, our hope is to arm attendees with the insight needed to guide their understanding of the variables that affect a woman’s cost to live, work, and learn.
